We specialise in handmade steel plant supports and garden products, crafted in small batches with care.

2. Our Products

  • All products are handmade, meaning small variations in size, finish, and appearance are normal and part of their character.

  • Product images are for guidance only and may differ slightly from the final item.

  • Measurements provided are approximate.

These natural variations are not considered faults.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • Prices include VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available on our Wix checkout.

4. Orders

  • When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to stock issues, errors, or suspected misuse.

  • If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Ownership and responsibility for the goods pass to you once they have been delivered.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy complies with UK consumer law.

Standard Items

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless faulty.

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • Slight variations are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.

8. Use & Safety

  • Our products are intended for garden and decorative use only.

  • Installation and use are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to follow reasonable safety precautions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — belongs to The Rustic Garden Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to UK courts.
