Because our products are handmade, we ask that you review descriptions carefully before ordering.

Returns

  • You may return standard (non-custom) items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless faulty.

  • Full payment is required before work begins.

  • Production times are estimates and may vary.

  • Minor variations in finish or dimensions are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.

  • Changes or cancellations are not possible once production has started.
