Where We Ship

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom. We cannot send items to Ireland at this time.

  • Standard items: Orders are usually processed within 7 working days.

  • Custom or made-to-order items: Processing times will vary and will be clearly stated on the product page.

As our products are handmade, processing times may occasionally vary slightly — we appreciate your patience.

Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are for guidance only.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by our chosen courier.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by:

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please include photos of the item and packaging

  • Responsibility for the order passes to you once it has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
