Can I collect my item instore?Absolutely! Please get in touch if you would like me to give you a quote removing the shipping costs. Email claire@poshtat.co.uk

How long will my order take?Orders are usually ready to be shipped within 2-3 days and are sent by courier with a next day delivery service. Sometimes there are problems with the courier, if you haven't received your item within 7 days, please let me know and I will follow it up. Custom orders may take longer and you will be given a timeframe upon ordering. If you would like to clarify anything with your specific order, please E-mail claire@poshtat.co.uk.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
