Orders are typically ready to ship within 5-7 days and are sent by courier with next-day delivery. During busy periods, it may take a bit longer. If you haven't received your item within 14 days, email us at claire@poshtat.co.uk. Custom orders may take longer, and we'll provide a timeframe when you order.

Sometimes we have to send items out before they have had time to cure. If you pop them in situ, and leave them they will naturally develop the lovely rusty patina within a couple of weeks.
