  • Can I collect my item from you in Leeds?
    Absolutely! Please get in touch if you would like me to give you a quote removing the shipping costs. Email claire@poshtat.co.uk
  • I love your products, but I really need a different size than what you have on offer.
    Just send an email to claire@poshtat.co.uk with as much information as you can give me in regards to the size, shape and quantity that you need and I will speak very nicely to the workshop and see if they can make it for you.
  • Do you really plant a tree with every order?
    Absolutely! Every order supports tree planting in North Yorkshire through www.makeitwild.co.uk.
  • I have a really cool shop and I have been looking for a supplier of high quality plant supports for ages.
    Today is your lucky day! Just send me an email to claire@poshtat.co.uk and tell me about your shop and what you require.
  • How long will my order take?
    Orders are usually ready to be shipped within 5-7 days and are sent by courier with a next day delivery service. During busy periods we need to make items to order so it can take a little longer. Sometimes there are problems with the courier, if you haven't received your item within 14 days, please let me know and I will follow it up. Custom orders may take longer and you will be given a timeframe upon ordering. If you would like to clarify anything with your specific order, please E-mail claire@poshtat.co.uk.
  • My item has arrived and it's not rusty!!
    Sometimes we have to send items out before they have had time to cure. If you pop them in situ, and leave them they will naturally develop the lovely rusty patina within a couple of weeks.
